Opening a window to the past…
3D visualisations don’t just offer a glimpse into the future they can also open a window to the past.
In 2007 Pixelbrick was commissioned to digitally recreate historic Boyle Abbey - one of Ireland’s earliest known monasteries. Using historical records, plans and photographs of the ruined site our designers were able to resurrect the abbey in animated 3D form providing an accurate and educational representation of this important building as it once was for visitors to enjoy for years to come.
As well as advanced 3D skills, Pixelbrick also offers a site photography service and an experienced researcher if required.
• Recreate buildings of historical importance
• For use in conservation and heritage projects
• Visually stimulating educational tool |
